None. Hopefully you like the other Sales & Marketing Coordinators, but that's about the best you can hope for.

Biggest con is the management - I would not recommend this as a good, or even decent, place to work. Office culture is poor, office facilities are poor, lots of yelling, very little management, expectations are way out of whack and you will get yelled at not doing something you didn't even know existed. Mostly the management slacks on something and then blames you. No training. No career growth. And don't be fooled into thinking there is actually any marketing in this job role. Also, there are no reviews in place and if you ask for one, they will just attack you personally and give you nothing actually constructive to apply to your job role. No bonuses either. And good luck getting a raise, even after a year or two. Lots of sketchy stuff happening behind the scenes at this place.
