      There is no job security from the company. They treat employees like donkeys. they only listen employee concerns but no action will be taken management is not employee friendly politics in appraisal worst management

      I LOVE working here. Bristlecone truly focuses on the employee's experience. Bristlecone invests in its people and is transparent about how to succeed here (SCM / AI expertise, client service, continued focus on learning, etc.). If culture eats strategy, then Bristlecone is well-positioned for success.
