      After some year, the career feels stagnant, due to the management changes all the progress and contribution of the employee seemed to have been missed to capture. Bangalore location had downsized the office to a shared workspace, we were coming to office less frequently.

Bristlecone invests in its people and is transparent about how to succeed here (SCM / AI expertise, client service, continued focus on learning, etc.). If culture eats strategy, then Bristlecone is well-positioned for success.
