Treated staff appallingly from the beginning of the lock down, threatening to make redundant 35,000 people and bring them back on poor wages and stripped down contracts (all this while the government was providing furlough). Only stopped due to unions raising public awareness and causing a public backlash (well done unions). They still managed to frighten/pressure 1000's of staff into leaving and 1000's more to have pay, terms and conditions cut. Staff morale at floor level. As you can see not a particularly nice company below the polished social media surface.
