Training period was pathetic, Lady seniors misuse their position - Recensione dipendente - Customer Service Agent presso British Airways

Most of the lady trainers and senior lady supervisors,misuse their position and harrass other female employees. They don't give proper training and take pride in humiliating newly appointed employees. Training period was torture, nobody seemed to care, instead took part in the humiliation. British Airways being such a big brand, needs wise and open minded employees/trainers/ TL's and not narrow minded middle aged aunties. They are not doing their job properly and are abusing their position.
