Internal communication needs to be worked on. The organisation is going through some significant changes in terms of management team structure and hopefully this will have a positive impact. Decision-making process can be a bit long winded. There needs to be more collaboration between British Rowing and the GB Rowing Team - they are currently run like two separate organisations.
