Since being bought out by Avago: - Terrible senior management - Drastic cuts to budgets - More concerned about numbers than making the client's product successful - Job security is thrown out the window - Making the company "more efficient" by just reducing high-cost staff through attrition - Quick to abandon R&D or experimental programs if no immediate profit seen... leads to large layoffs - Insurance changed from excellent PPO to high-deductible(thousands of dollars) HSA insurance In short, they took a company I could have seen myself working with and retiring with after 20+ years and gutted it within a year.
