Your experience may vary depending on which part of Broadcom emplys you - as an ongoing roll-up of many startups there is always cultural integration in process at various stages in various places. Another problem with the acquisition strategy is that founders or key members may leave the newly-acquired division quickly. Especially true now the share price is lower.
