So aggressive that the balance between work and home life is frequently not in balance. 10 hour work days and weekends is common, topped off by constantly being told by management that you are not meeting deadlines; deadlines created by management that were known to be unreasonable in the first place. Also, when you have an entire team of engineers that are reccommending solutions to serious problems, and those reccomendations are frequently dismissed and ignored by management, you know you have a serious management problem.
