Opportunities for promotion and growing responsibility exist, but can be limited in some teams. High performance is well rewarded. The office environment is friendly, casual and flexible.

No formal graduate training plan. Limited training or support if you can't match the capabilities of existing staff - depending on your manager it can be a sink or swim workspace. HR policies are inflexible.
