Promotions are rare and you need to pull of magics to move to next level or a decade of service may be (even for lower engineering roles) 3. Work Culture is bad as per Industry standard. No Events or any kind of Team Activities. It is all work and work. 4. Base pay is not at par to Industry Standard. Very less in-fact 5. Time flexibility you can avail, but the amount of work anyway will lead you to spending more than industry average hours
