this is one company where new college graduates are paid more than existing employees for the same position. i am not talking about average performers, but well rated performers. so be careful before joining. politics between teams sometimes is very frustrating. recognition is also team dependent. many times you see below average performance getting recognized depending on team. many senior managers behaves rudely, when ball is in their court. don't be surprised if you hear "we are paying you to work" from director's mouth directly!
