They do not care that sales is all about relationships. This is pure blackmail and they know it. Customers cannot migrate away from VMW products overnite. In my role in Technical sales,I closed a $20+M deal the day before I was let go in July, 2024. That's how I got thanked by my management for my revenue contribution. You have been warned. Seemed like most of the bad mgmt from VMW was allowed to hang around. The good ones were either pushed out or left on their own.
