6yOf course, it's always disappointing to learn that a former employee feels this way about our business. A positive working culture is high if not highest on our list of priorities and as such, we go to great lengths to ensure staff are happy, motivated and inspired. Regular company-wide communications throughout the year give everyone the chance to ask anonymous questions which are always answered honestly, and this input often informs large or small changes throughout the workplace to improve our employees%E2%80%99 working lives.We encourage feedback from colleagues at a departmental level through scheduled team meetings and 1-2-1s so we can address any concerns. This also a chance to update the team on progress against our own key objectives as a department and how this contributes to the successes of the business.We're currently investing heavily in our IT systems to support our team in the efficient delivery of their service to customers. Our award-winning Learning & Development Team actively promotes structured programmes which, together with a reward framework, enhances progression prospects across the business so we can accommodate the individuals%E2%80%99 personal career aspirations as best we can.
