There's no question that startup life isn't for everyone. It requires enormous amounts of time, energy, commitment, and determination - sometimes infrequently, and other times, all in the same day. What sets Brokerage Engine apart is their unwavering commitment to always provide BE Team Members with whatever it is they need to succeed. All they have to do is ask. That being said, there's also no question that getting in touch with Leadership can sometimes be a challenge - but it isn't because they're not willing to assist. Rather, it's that they're also doing the work, participating in the trenches alongside their Teams, and doing their best to continually keep growing the company's success. When they are available, they'll always do everything they can help, and again, to provide whatever is necessary to help make BE Team Member's lives easier. I would strongly recommend Brokerage Engine to anyone who thrives on a fast paced, startup environment, who doesn't mind working on rather ambiguous projects, and is determined to find answers and solutions even when there isn't a ton of immediate resource available. Conversely, I would not recommend Brokerage Engine for individuals who do not embrace the self-starter mindset, and would rather have a position that outlines exactly what they're supposed to be doing at any given moment.

Development is backed by a very sharp and capable team who can roll out features and fixes rapidly. This is a HUGE advantage to the whole organization, and Brokerage Engine's customers, allowing the product to grow and become better every day. Leadership is both savvy and authentic. Having come from the real estate industry themselves, they recognize the plight of our customer and use this connectedness to always improve the direction Brokerage Engine is moving. Something I enjoyed most about working here was having the ability to identify areas of improvement and be given the freedom to take ownership in making those improvements. Also, there is an opportunity to develop new skills and have flexibility in the role that suits you, or that you enjoy, best. No unnecessary red-tape or bureaucracy. That speaks volumes about the trust Leadership has in its employees. The team at Brokerage Engine is comprised of some of the best individuals I've ever had the pleasure of working with. They care deeply about the customer, and are always willing to help one-another out.
