Great co-workers who care about one another at the property level.

When things don't go according to plan the owner blame their employees and go on this company wide witch hunts. They don' take in to account that there is a down market and more competition in the area. Which is why their properties will not sell out. Ideas are not heard from employees and employees are kept in the dark. There is not true leadership in this company. If you ask about your future with the company you get ignored or told not to worry about it.
