Vantaggi
1. Great starting job right out of college, especially if you are undecided what you want to do in the long run 2. Opportunity to make a lot of money. It's tough and you have to put a lot of extra hours in but it is doable 3. Culture, everyone is fairly young and likes to go out, have fun and spend time with each other 4. Corporate, I have nothing bad to say about the people that sit in Indianapolis. They are encouraging, remember you name and truly make you feel like your not just another cog in the machine
Svantaggi
1. The base salary is not even close to livable. In an industry like staffing where you have some major ups, major downs, and it takes a while to get off your feet, you need a little stability and they don't provide it 2. While the culture is fun, sometimes it simply feels like you are in a frat which can be too much at times. Additionally they preach culture all the time and it does not always show up when you are in the office 3. If you don't go with the rest of the office, you will not survive. Its basically a requirement to go to happy hours, office outings, etc. If you don't then you essentially will be out of the main click. It is also very apparent when handing out new accounts or when someone leaves, those that conform get the good ones 4. They talk about opportunity for growth but is basically a cloud of smoke. There's a major difference between growth and opportunity to make money. As people grow and stay with the company longer, give them additional responsibilities to truly foster that professional;y growth instead of having them do the same thing over and over for months or years at a time. 5. Preach work/life balance but if you aren't coming in early or staying late then you get called out essentially. If you want people to work some unconventional hours, then maybe give them options of coming in a little later and staying late or vice versa.
