The best part about Brooksource is being able to come to work everyday and hang out with great people. Although you are always working very hard, it never actually feels like work because you are there with friends and constantly interacting with different people!

This job is not for anyone that wants to come in to work everyday and keep their head down and then leave right at 5 pm. It is a lot of hard work and you have to put a lot of effort into your job. If you are a hardworking person, this is the perfect job for you. It is so rewarding and fun! The pros definitely outweigh any cons!

This company relies on growth from within, so if they see potential in you, they will help you get to that next level. There is always a huge support system around you at all times.

The amount of support can quickly turn into micromanaging, and promoting from within is great until you start protecting those who earned their title sheerly through tenure or a 'good ol' boy' system. Also, the pay is abysmal. They pay you the absolute minimum in salary and the rest is based off of commission, so even the best reps can lose everything on a clients whim, going from making almost $200K a year to $30K in the blink of an eye. They say they have protections in place for that but that's only for the people who earn the company millions of dollars for 4 consecutive years. Also, there really is no such time as a work/life balance here. They throw parties to make you think you do, but if you are out on PTO you will still be judged by your KPI's while you were out, and they expect you to pick up the phone, regardless of if you are on vacation or at your grandfathers funeral. "Still gotta keep you numbers up!"
