Svantaggi
Where to start? Almost every potential benefit they throw your way is a lie. Work-life balance? Sorry, half the year gets blacked out in January for employees to have any time off. Pay? Seems generous until you actually count your hours worked, and then they have the gall to give you a raise that doesn't even track with increased cost-of-living, if you're even lucky enough to get a raise. Advancement and education? Brown Note University doesn't count because the second things get busy, all of those processes fly out the window, and then management regularly blames the warehouse employees and show techs who are being worked to the bone. You better hope you're already established in your skill set or have higher level techs that are willing to teach and give opportunities, because upper management will pigeon-hole you and claim you're not skilled enough to do anything else. You can have the best gear in the world, but gear doesn't make a production company, people do, and I have rarely seen a company more belligerent to their own employees than this one.
