My experience working at BrüMate has brought me so much appreciation for what it is like to operate a small-medium sized business, let alone one that found it's explosive growth during a volatile, unprecedented time throughout the pandemic. The CEO and leadership team have so much passion for the brand, the product, their customers and the employees and in my experience it's been rare to find this in other organizations. That passion is felt in all our daily interactions and helps to inspire an invigorating and exciting culture.

There are certainly challenges that come along with operating a small, fast-growing business, but this is not unique to BrüMate as an organization. Ultimately, I have a high level of respect for the CEO and his willingness to listen to feedback of members on the team, makes changes according to that feedback and keep open lines of communication so that the team feels heard.
