Vantaggi

I genuinely enjoy working for this company and feel fortunate to be part of such a supportive team. The people I work with are collaborative, and approachable. One area for improvement is training and development. Especially for employees who are new to their roles or the industry, there can be times where it feels like you’re expected to figure things out without enough guidance. More structured training and onboarding would help employees feel more confident and set up for success. Overall, I appreciate the strong team culture and support this company provides.

Svantaggi

It would be great if Bryten offered more PTO or increased accrual rates.

Health, dental and vision insurance.

Svantaggi

First off, I wouldn’t be in my position if I knew I wasn’t going to get the full pay intended for the job. Upper management constantly breathing down your neck to do more when you’ve done the most. Nothing will ever be good enough. Second, this company is so unorganized. They create switches at properties last minute so there are always things wrong within resident portals and they don’t have real SOP’s to follow. Basically prepare to get thrown to the wolves and not get any help from anyone. Community managers have no accountability so they’re always calling out sick/not coming to work, leaving early or coming in late because they’re salary employees. It sets a horrible example for the people who actually come to work and do their job. If there’s a problem with another employee there aren’t any steps to get them out of the company except to “push them out”. It’s completely unprofessional. Pay isn’t great, training is non existent. Bryten prides themselves on company culture… but where is the culture? Again, something non existent. No flexibility. Run, don’t walk.
