Peers are good to work with

Set hours, pay is decent, you sit at your desk all day and answer calls

Very similar to being a debt collector, not many people want to talk to you and if they do, they’re usually mad or frustrated. You’re the middle person and at the mercy of others having the answers you need. Very demanding job, with little to no recognition or respect for a work/life balance.
