Camaraderie, compassion, and growth are all part of the culture I have experienced firsthand since joining BuddoBot’s team. Working at BuddoBot has fostered a steadfast environment I didn’t know was possible in the otherwise unpredictable, competitive world of contract life. I have never felt so valued and respected by an employer, nor have I ever been gifted with so may new opportunities for growth until I joined BuddoBot. Any fears/concerns about joining a small business were quickly put to rest by the reassuring nature of the CEO. At BuddoBot everyone matters, and everyone has a voice. The CEO takes a personal interest in all members of his team and is invariably providing them with the tools required to grow as individuals and as an organization; they are a dynamic company that I am proud to be a part of.

BuddoBot is rapidly growing and we must stay sharp to keep up with the changes - this is somewhat challenging at times but not really a "Con".
