Working for Budget Control Company has been the most rewarding experience I have had with a company. They have everything one would expect - strong company culture, opportunities for growth, competitive compensation and benefits, work-life balance, meaningful work, recognition and rewards, collaborative environment, workplace perks and amenities, a diverse and inclusive culture, and most importantly stability.

Since employed with Budget Control Services, I have not come across any cons. I will be with the company for many years to come!

Zero tolerance for mistreating of consumers we have to collect from. Weekly and monthly training to maintain best practices. Management does a great job keeping things fresh with monthly contests, drawings and when we hit our monthly goals we get breakfast every Friday and a lunch for the next month. We actually treat everyone we call with respect, which is far different than our competition. What we do helps our clients keep their practices or company doors open for business. Been here for over 3 years and never had my monthly goal increased.

None about the company, but it is a debt collection agency, you'll occasionally call people in tough times or who will be mad at you for even calling them.
