Benefits not as good as it could be

Coworkers were genuinely supportive and fun to work with. The hands-on aspect of making and customizing products to order was fun.

Management showed little concern for employees. The store closed with no notice or severance pay, leaving staff suddenly jobless and financially unstable. Management was extremely numbers-driven, pressuring employees to meet unrealistic transaction and sales goals. Severely understaffed and underpaid, some employees working open-to-close shifts alone multiple times per week.
