I really really enjoyed working for Buffalo. Great team. Great managers. But the pay is horrible. I've heard things have slightly changed since my tenure. If you are a person that is interested in learning about NAS, Active Directory, FTP, SSL, Cloud-based storage and more, this is the job for you. It's a great beginning to the world of Network Administration and Tier 2,3... Technical Support

Not a lot of room for advancement. The salary rate is what's keeping IT personnel from staying there for a while but I'm sure they'll increase it if they haven't. I cannot comment on benefits due to being hired thru a recruiting agency.
