- Management frequently requests weekend work for non-emergency tasks that could wait until Monday
- Lack of consistent leadership or consideration for employee workflow; priorities and launch plans shift on a whim, often on a weekly basis and they will say they “need the cash to come in”
- Despite following the handbook and providing a two-week notice, employment was terminated immediately although I took a pay cut for this role
