CEO he would curse you out & then the couldn’t afford to keep me after getting a awesome review from CFO. He came in laid me off 2 days later. Then hired someone for 20k a year less. They never have a manager that makes it a year. I made 1 year & terminated. I always get notifications from indeed that the company is hiring a manager it seems to be every six months or so that they are looking for someone. Horrible company, treat their employees and their technicians horribly. To the point that one of the employees was actually going to fight the CEO for the way that he was cursing him out. Avoid this company at all cost! And expect to pay the majority of the cost for your health insurance.

Pay is subpar Turnover rate is impressively high. Learn new names every quarter. Unpreventable reservices CSRs (uneducated, some even In a different country) actively schedule services they aren't trained on Employee moral is LOW including management who are visibly drained Raises are nonexistent.
