Its a good company they pay good

It takes a long time to get to work

not many good things to say except they offer health, 401k, and discount on product.

There is no mentorship and very little support—employees are expected to give everything to the company. The CEO is publicly condescending, often yelling at employees in front of their colleagues, which is completely unprofessional. The culture discourages collaboration; you’re expected to keep your head down and work like a robot. PTO is minimal (5 days total for sick, vacation, and personal), making work-life balance almost impossible. Think twice before joining—if you value respect, mentorship, and a healthy work environment, better opportunities exist elsewhere.
