Business changes, including restructures and shifting priorities, can create real strain across teams. That does not mean employees should feel unsupported, unclear on direction, or as though strong performance simply results in more work without recognition or balance. Those are important concerns for us to hear.
We are focused on creating greater clarity around priorities, expectations, and accountability across the business. We are also continuing to work with leaders and managers on communication, workload planning, and how teams are supported through change.
