If you are thinking of working for this company please reconsider your options. Unless you have a thick skin and want to be treated like a doormat I suggest you give this company a pass and save yourself some months of suffering.
Where do I start? From the top: the management would do anything for a few extra pennies, except for treating their employees right. There are no benefits, they don't allow UNPAID holiday, they micromanage everyone and when someone does something wrong all hell breaks loose (I'm talking swear-words, yelling, belittling). Instead of supporting and training their people they play the blame game. On the Construction side there is plenty of bullying and making people feel small and worthless. When push comes to shove management blames everyone but themselves for the shortcomings of the company. By the way, none of them (the management) have the slightest idea of how to run a company, they are simply playing by ear.
This is a toxic environment and even if you are good at what you do you won't be appreciated here. Do yourself a favour and find something else, no matter how they try to convince you that they are a good company.
