1. Poor management(no basic understanding of the client needs which causes delay in deployment plus lot of confusion and increased complexity) 2.No opportunity given to grow over there. They provide you limited kind of work without providing guidance. 3.Not scheduling team meetings for better understanding of the flow of the project due to which most of the time dev working on that particular project doesn't know what is going on. 4. No basic facility for example coffee, toilet rolls, proper working system suitable for coding. 5. Extreme level of politics. 6. No govt, benefits.
