Cool projects to work on, lots of independence, work remotely. Owners are easy to work with, trust you to complete your tasks, don’t micromanage - which makes for a great work/life balance.

Owners also code and can get lost in their own projects so sometimes you have to push for help, feedback or direction.

The office is nice and we played Ping Pong with the former CTO and a couple of colleagues after work.

The CEO is very pretentious and not very knowledgeable when it comes to software engineering. He is also very impatient and very rude with his employee. There was no unit testing or end to end testing done on their software.
