The managers are great and you'll work with young people who are mostly fresh grads. You can also earn incentives by simply hitting your KPIs monthly.

Svantaggi

The management changes the rules and standards every month. The heads are the best at micromanaging and they don't allow new ideas from employees even if the current process isn't working. Targets are always adjusted.

BAD commission structure. Have to close 20k in NB a month to be eligible for any commission. Only receive commission on sales AFTER the 20k threshold has been reached. Commission is 25% of closed business after threshold is reached. 20k = 0 commission, $21k = 25% of 1k = $250 in commission. If you don't hit 20k, your average is rolled into the next month. If you have a bad couple months, you may have to sell upwards of $40k to even be eligible to receive commission on sales AFTER that threshold. Total scam and management does not give a damn at all.
