The work they did, career performance training to help people make or enhance their career seemed good to me initially.

Upper management consists of some horrible people with a biased attitude. They fake it and claim that they are ethical and transparent . In reality, they hire friends and family and give them promotions without properly accessing them. Their awful behavior hurt decent employees like me, who were never appreciated or valued. I couldn't handle my efforts being avoided anymore, so, I obtained a better opportunity elsewhere.

Some initial opportunities to learn, and a few employees genuinely cared about the work.

The CEO frequently promised improvements and opportunities that never materialized. Employees were stretched too thin, and expected to take on multiple roles without additional pay. The long-term vision kept changing, making it impossible to build a stable career here. Leadership was more focused on appearances than actually addressing employee concerns. The overall experience was exhausting and unsustainable.
