Seems ok at first - Recensione dipendente - Sales presso BuildFire

Management level at BuildFire is awful, especially sales.. This is a product running on old technology that makes it hard to sell. There is nothing cutting edge about it. No process within the company and there is a bad divide between departments. Everyone blames everyone else when it really comes down to the product being poor overall. Tons of gossip within. Seems like everyone is seeking new jobs and wanting to leave or is leaving.
