Compensation incentives, including bonuses, have been nice, and the period of rapid growth last year created a genuinely energizing atmosphere. The company’s mission and customer impact also contributed to a sense of purpose and motivation for many employees. Additionally, the investment in office spaces and in-person collaboration was nice.
