Cost savings is all they care about! They don't want to invest in technology and they are trying to run a large company with small company mentality. They don't value their employees or their knowledge and expertise. During acquisition period, they aren't making good business decisions based on other's knowledge and understanding of processes. Lack of planning becomes urgent situation for other people. Again, it's all about cost saving! Communication in this company is the WORST I have ever seen!!
