Dr. Charles is very flexible and supportive, and so is the office staff. They have great growth opportunities with the BCaBA credentialing program.

This is not always an easy field and working remotely is tough. It would be great to spend more time with other therapists and staff.

They are pretty flexible but perhaps I’ve been lucky. The families I have worked with have been flexible. You have to make up any hours you miss which is a good thing.

Things get lost in translation. Definitely need more training for new employees. Pay can be better. Driving from home to home can be an issue depending on the distance from one place to the other.
