This company allows you to work agency shifts at different hostels for homeless people in Bristol. I was able to work at three different hostels, supporting a range of people which was great for getting more experience. They were good at contacting me weekly to offer shifts and keep me informed of new job openings that I could apply to.

You didn't always get a lot of advanced notice of when your shifts are, sometimes only being offered and accepting a job a few days in advance.

Warm, welcoming atmosphere, everyone in the office is a joy to work with. Great if you are target motivated. Hard work is always recognised and rewarded. Great work-life balance. We frequently meet up for drinks outside of work.

Due to the nature of recruitment, we come in slightly earlier and leave slightly later than your standard 9-5 - only 08:30-17:30, so it's not a huge difference really!
