On a given day you'll be told "all steam ahead north!!!" Then 2 weeks later "all steam ahead south!!!" So they have no idea where they're going, there's no direction or vision to this ship. Is it normal for my boss to take credit of all the work I do? He's never wrong by the way, he's alright right... sigh Flexible time: When they say “We do flex time”, what they really mean is that you can arrive up to 10 minutes after the start of the workday, IF, you tell your manager in advance and work the 10 minutes you missed by leaving later. free allergies on 'bring your dog days'

Hello, again, the position of an account executive does not yet exist at our company, leading us to believe that this is a dishonest and fake review. With regards to our company mission, it is very clear in our guidebook, onboarding, and in our values. We value teamwork and collaboration; knowledge sharing is a big part of who we are here at Domum Link – no one takes credit over anyone else’s work.It is true that we offer flexible time, however there are core hours where we expect all employees to be present. As for bringing dogs to work, it is permitted under certain circumstances, but we make sure to accommodate and ask if any employees have any issues we should know about. Always making the workplace a more fun place to be!

One of the most glaring issues at Building Stack, or DomumLink, is the glaring discrepancy between the company's marketing promises and the reality of its products. From the outside, Building Stack presents itself as a cutting-edge solution for property management, promising streamlined workflows and enhanced efficiency. However, once inside, employees quickly discover that the software is riddled with bugs, lacks essential features, and is incredibly cumbersome to use. Basic tasks that should be simple and straightforward become needlessly complex, leading to frustration and wasted time for both employees and clients.

Fast paced enterprise software that has a large market. Quick releases of new features and products. Solid process that was refined over time, with management always looking to make sustainable improvements. Nice work environment where coworkers are genuinely teammates and friends, even outside of office hours. Management very approachable and responsive, even when out of office. General feeling that everyone was part of a team to get this product out there.

Could be a very demanding job, as we were chronically understaffed. I felt like hiring was based a lot on gut feeling, especially before an HR person was brought on the team, and therefore many employees were not a good fit culturally. The direction of the business (strategy) was not always well communicated, and info was sometimes slow to reach staff, which would cause confusion.
