Owner out of touch and sometimes ignorantly unprofessional. -takes criticism poorly even when constructive -if stressed and working on a project with you the owner will lash out and send abusive messages or blame you for others/his mistakes -will make rude comments without realising during meetings. If you don't fight for your money they will walk all over you. If you are paid minimum wage as a cadet your hours will still be charged at triple digits to clients.
