Vantaggi

Bulgari was a great brand to work for. When I first started, I loved it until I realized that many people within the corporate office were doing many things that went against the company values. The employees/ co workers were GREAT! It's a little segregated within the corporate office but if you are friendly, you will get along with everyone. HR is not the friendly and they are very sneaky.

Svantaggi

You have to play politics in order to get ahead and you have to do things you do not believe in like lie on people and be very spiteful. Daniel Paltridge in now the president of the company so he seems to be cleaning house which is great. Because prior to that, it was a mess. People were getting promotions based off who they slept with.

Vantaggi

The brand carries prestige, and the product speaks for itself. Some coworkers were genuinely talented and supportive. I was given the opportunity to travel to Rome for a brand event—an experience I remain grateful for, despite the surrounding dysfunction.

Svantaggi

Emotionally unsafe and psychologically destabilizing work environment created by boutique-level management. • High-performing employees are praised early on, then slowly undermined once they become visible or self-sufficient. • Questions are met with condescension, sarcasm, or outright retaliation. • Time off is initially approved, then weaponized later or used against you. • Leadership contradicts itself regularly and creates confusion—only to punish the fallout it caused. • Favoritism is blatant, and client hoarding by management is routine. • Public shaming, verbal snapping, and private gaslighting are normalized. • I was hired at a lower wage than newer, less experienced employees. When I brought it up, management falsely claimed we weren’t allowed to discuss pay. Multiple employees raised concerns to HR. Nothing changed. Those who spoke up were eventually pushed out or ignored. It’s a culture of fear—not excellence.
