Great place to work. Friendly, hard-working people.

Lots of changes in short amount of time. A lot of work to do to bring things to the next level, but not necessarily a con.

Being able to work remotely.

Everything else. Once the company was acquired, it went downhill. Perks went away. Benefits weren't great. Even the set lunch that was supposed to be for rest and relaxation ended up being used for meetings on many days. They started relying on AI rather than people, but the people would have been correct.
