(I realise this post is very late, and through management and time companies change identity and culture)... At the time BF, felt like a family environment. Standard promo pay. Fun jobs, Fun to travel around and set up events. I enjoyed doing in store campaigns too. They hired within too. One of the promo team was taken into the marketing team actually. Whenever I come back to NZ, BF is always on my places to visit.

I can't think of any, I guess in 2020/2021 being a promo girl came with some disadvantages with attracting (sometime the wrong) attention... But that's not on the company and if any of us ever had any issues we would speak up to the marketing team without hesitation.
