      The atmosphere of this place is amazing! The managers are caring, respectful and understanding. They have themed days where you can dress up and they always reward when we have a good quarter. Also all holidays you're off even mother's Day!

      The people on the phone that you talk to can really damage your mental health because of how they talk to you and at first you can roll it off but after a while it started to get to me even though I know none of those people knew me personally it was just getting to the point where I was too much for my mental health to constantly be hearing that I should die and that I'm scum because they don't want to listen to why you're calling they just assume you're a scammer.

That said, we never want anyone’s wellbeing to be negatively impacted by customer interactions.       Burke is a company comprised of personable professionals doing quality work in a collaborative environment. Each person I've met since starting has impressed me with their passion and focus. Also, Burke makes a concerted effort to create a culture that fosters learning and growth (much like the Burke Institute does in the training arena.)
