Unsafe - Recensione dipendente - Manufacturing Technician presso Burpee MedSystems

Unsafe. No opportunity for growth. Management is poor. Compensation is subpar. The personal safety of employees is blatantly disregarded and safety training in non-existent. Work performances by employees is insultingly overlooked and there is zero efforts made for safety and process improvements. Management is unknowledgeable and lacks good work ethic. There is absolutely no opportunity for growth within the company regardless of your experience, intellect, accomplishments, and ethic unless you are a family member or friend of the CEO. After a seven years of employment I can truthfully say this is a toxic work environment.
