      This is a great place to work, but with an uncertain future. The office is centrally located, it is comfortable and very nice. Colleagues are great, there is a sense of friendship and great inter personal relationships. We have a social event once a month for the entire office, and many lunch and learn programs (pizza supplied by management).

      Branch office, little bit of a redheaded step child. I've experienced that before and have tried to break through by offering my department's services to the other offices. This is still going slow and not heavily supported by management. The other item is that this office used to be a different company that was bought out, and that still seems to affect things.

      The mentor that I was assigned to was a great teacher. I worked on a team of down to earth people who did everything they could to expose me to the Consulting industry. I was treated with respect by my team and the entire office during my time there.

      Communication to upper management seemed difficult at times. Change was encouraged but not considered. The Company is in a mid-size standing and moving their way towards a large Company so it is imperative that they keep their employees in touch and value them.
