Misleading intentionally - Recensione dipendente - Investor Accountant presso Busey

This company bought out the existing company (Pulaski Bank). Basically, to make this short and simple, they lied. Stated that they would keep 80%of the workforce and proceeded to do the exact opposite in less than a year. Also, majority of the departments that were laid off, lost the majority of their POC (strange considering that we were the minority). They basically kept it quiet by offering "severance packages" to silence us. I personally would never use or recommend Busey for anything ever.
