I I have worked for top US Sales organizations prior to coming to BCS, The BCS team is knowledgable, service oriented and they sincerely care about their customers, employees and the community. The pay/benefits are excellent. They allow employees 1 day per month to volunteer for s Charity of their choice. Great Managemnt and overall fun place to work. With this growing Company, there is a lot of opportunity to move up yet remain in Southern California.

BCS provides a Personal Trainer for workouts 2 days per week and this area could be bigger.
